What each ingredient is

EAAs — the nine amino acids the body can't produce itself and has to get from food or supplementation

Creatine HCl — creatine bound to hydrochloride, a more soluble form than monohydrate

Citrulline Malate — an amino acid bound to malic acid, commonly used pre- or intra-workout

Betaine Anhydrous — also called trimethylglycine (TMG), originally isolated from sugar beet

L-Ornithine — an amino acid involved in the body's urea cycle

D-Ribose — a simple sugar involved in cellular energy production

Agmatine Sulfate — a compound derived from the amino acid arginine

How to use it

Mix 1–2 scoops with 400–600ml of water and sip through your session.

Most people take it during training, though it works as a between-meals amino top-up too.

Common questions

Which flavour should I pick?
Watermelon and Lemon Lime are the closest to a classic sports-drink taste. Red Frog and Grape are sweeter, lolly-style flavours. Mango Nectar sits in between. Come in and ask if you want a recommendation.

Is this a pre-workout?
No — no caffeine or stimulants. It's an intra-workout amino and electrolyte formula, safe to use any time of day, including alongside a stimulant pre-workout like Proformance.

Why creatine HCl instead of monohydrate?
HCl is more soluble at a smaller dose. If you're already taking a monohydrate product, factor this 2g in before adding more.

Is it drug tested?
Primabolics products are HASTA-certified. If you compete in a tested federation, that's the certification to look for.

Can I collect in store?
Yes — select pickup at checkout, usually ready within 24 hours at Fyshwick.
