Arjuna — bark of Terminalia arjuna, an Indian tree, here a 10:1 extract standardised to not less than 0.5% arjunolic acid
Citrus Bergamot — extract of the bergamot orange, grown in Calabria
Berberine HCl — an alkaloid found in barberry, goldenseal and several other plants, here in its hydrochloride form
Longvida® — a trademarked curcumin preparation developed at UCLA
Grape Seed Extract — proanthocyanidins from grape seed (Vitis vinifera), standardised to a minimum 90% total polyphenols
Resveratrol — here as trans-resveratrol, the form found in grape skin and Japanese knotweed and the one most studied
AstraGin® — a trademarked blend of astragalus root and panax notoginseng root extracts
Natural Astaxanthin — a red carotenoid from the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis
Chromium — an essential trace mineral, here as chromium picolinate
How to use it
Take 3 capsules twice daily.
Berberine is commonly taken with meals. Talk to your healthcare practitioner about what's appropriate for you, particularly for extended use or if you take other medication.
One bottle (120 capsules) is a 20-day supply at the full serving.
