What each ingredient is
Zinc L-Carnosine — a chelate of zinc bound to the dipeptide L-carnosine, developed in Japan
DGL — licorice root extract with the glycyrrhizin removed, which is the compound associated with blood pressure effects in ordinary licorice
Mastic Gum — resin from the mastic tree (Pistacia lentiscus), grown on the Greek island of Chios
How to use it
Take one capsule before meals, once or twice daily.
Zinc can cause nausea on an empty stomach, so taking it just before food rather than well away from it is worth doing.
At one capsule daily a bottle lasts 60 days; at two, 30 days.

Why is the licorice deglycyrrhizinated?
