What each ingredient is
Highly Branched Cluster Dextrin — a specialised carbohydrate made from waxy maize starch

How to use it
Mix one 10g scoop with 250–350ml of water or your drink of choice.
Take pre or post-workout, or at a consistent time daily. No loading phase required.

Why two forms of creatine?
HCL and monohydrate have different solubility profiles. LVLUP include both alongside GAA, which is creatine's precursor.
How does it compare to plain creatine monohydrate?
