The Tongkat Ali is a 200:1 concentrate, not milled root — a substantially different ingredient at the same weight, and a large part of why this formula sits where it does on price. Testofen® is a standardised, trademarked fenugreek extract rather than generic fenugreek.

Spilanthes acmella — the electric daisy, native to South America
Himalayan Shilajit — a mineral-rich resin that seeps from Himalayan rock. Certified organic here
Muira Puama — bark and root of Ptychopetalum olacoides, an Amazonian shrub
Black Ginger — rhizome of Kaempferia parviflora, distinct from culinary ginger
Eucommia ulmoides — bark of the Chinese rubber tree
Epicatechin — a flavanol occurring naturally in cacao and green tea
Icariin 98% — isolated from Epimedium grandiflorum, standardised to 98%
Boron Citrate — the trace mineral boron, in citrate form
Zinc — as zinc gluconate, a well-absorbed form

How to use it
Take 5 capsules daily.
Most people take them earlier in the day, or before training if they train in the afternoon. Take with food if capsules on an empty stomach don't agree with you.
It's a daily formula rather than a training-day one — regular dosing matters more than timing. One bottle is a 30-day supply.
